Just a heads up in case you don’t like to see people distressed. Haven’t had much of a chance to try the eventide yet, but it seems to do decent damage, especially using something like jester arrows as it fires 4 arrows and a rainbow streak that does a decent bit of damage. Tsunami advisory in effect for u.s
West coast after volcanic eruption
'a tsunami advisory is in effect for the following areas stretching from southern california to alaska, according to the warning center' So although the tsunami wave was estimated to be 30 feet which would have allowed the sea wall to be relatively effective, it had dropped in height which allowed the tidal wave to overtake it The back half of the wave moves much faster so it just continued to push and push more water. Any tsunami video i look at barely looks like a 20 feet wave hitting shore
But wikipedia tells me there have been dozens of 100+ feet tsunamis even in the last 10 years. It could be worse than predicted, study says A major tsunami warning has been issued for the noto region of ishikawa prefecture Tsunamis come repeatedly and are higher later on
The same thing happened during the great east japan earthquake
Iirc, what made the 2011 tsunami so devastating was that initial reports underestimated the height of the waves and many didn't heed the evacuation warnings until it was too late Hopefully we won't see a repeat of that mistake here.
