Outside of team composition, a good mechanic to keep in mind with the siren is that she is 3x more likely to attempt to charm the character in your party with the lowest debuff resistance It's a good idea to take 3x holy water and have your heavy hitters consume them while leaving a relatively harmless character like a vestal or antiquarian to be charmed.
