When i click on the add to favorites or reading list star icon, my list of favorites is displayed, allowing me to save a website in one of my many folders i created how do i retrieve my favorites list / folders? The very simlple instructions read Favorite channels missing i had a bunch of channels listed as favorites and i would use the favorites version of the guide

Starting this morning, no channels show up in the favorites guide
Looking at the all channels guide, the channels still show a * acting as if they have them listed as a favorite.
Use the right arrow button to highlight favorite Press ok on the remote to add the channel as a favorite To remove the channel as a favorite, repeat these steps and choose remove favorite instead of favorite After setting up your favorites list, you can filter the guide to display only your favorite channels.
The best outcome would be a favorites list that allows the user to specify and change the order in which each favorite channel appears in the favorites list (adding the order attribute is a completely new software change but, if software changes are already needed to correct this bug, perhaps that could be included). I can't delete premium channels that i no longer subscribe to from favorites in the guide or from the saved menu It only offers subscribe or record, delete is not offered as an option My list add button missing i use my list to manage all my shows on x1
Recently, the + icon to add shows to my list is not available on programs when on the x1 box
The only way i have been able to add stuff is in the xfinity stream app Any idea why the cable boxes are suddenly not displaying the my list add or remove button Favorites are associated with your xfinity tv account, so once you are able to add a favorite in one place, it will appear everywhere It seems that comcast should put just a little bit of work into updating its xfinity stream fire stick app and add this basic functionality.
Using your x1 set top box remote press the guide button two times and select the favorites option When you show a list of your channel favorites, move to each one and press left then ok button (channel icon/number will be highlighted) I just installed a new firetv stick 4k (all updates downloaded) on my vizio 4k bedroom tv and then installed the latest xfinity stream app v6.19.2 I am trying to add favorite channels to the favorites list in the stream app
