When coraline enters the other world, she actually gets attention from the beldam (which i'll henceforth be referring to as m2), and a lot of it Coraline describes feeling the corridor as “very old and very slow” and later she says that the corridor had a “damp mustiness” that i don’t believe was previously there In fact, it's like she's m2's entire world

The family want coraline to succeed When coraline is playing the game at the end of the movie, and even before that, we see some of the other creatures help coraline against the beldam
I think its fair to say the general consensus is that part of their being is representative of the person they're mimicking, and that person would help coraline.

Is there any other websites or an actual good youtube link, ect The overall story and themes are very well preserved I highly recommend the doofcast episode on coraline btw — the lengths to which the creators went was an achievement, especially in terms of the claymation — they did not take shortcuts and the final product really shines. Watched coraline last night with my partner and loved it, hadn't seen it in a while and it still holds up
