Add a new storeemisrefl option and accessor functions to obtain surface emissivity/reflectance values used in the simulations so that the input emissivity/reflectance values are not overwritten.

It is based on the parmio physical model (the configuration of parmio has been presented in the previous presentation). Parmio will be our physical reference model, and the fast version will be developed by using parameterizations based on neural networks (nns). The international space science institute (issi) sponsored a multinational team to develop new model capability.
