Would i use this option now, if i want to open a new fixed rate account with santander once the account has matured I have had a santander 123 current account for years and am wondering whether to switch to a santander edge current account instead? I am trying to contact santander about getting a company added to their cashback list so i contacted them on customerservices@santanderconsumer.co.uk, the only email address i could find and got a reply that it was not the correct address and pointed me towards their contact us page which does not have an email address. I am finding they have made changes to their login process at some point in january which make things a lot more hassle
